Terms of Service

TEEPRAYER is a trading name of UKNITED LTD, company number SC813076, registered in Scotland. Last updated 14 July 2026.

1. Who we are

TEEPRAYER (teeprayer.com) is an online marketplace operated by UKNITED LTD (company number SC813076, registered in Scotland; registered office: our registered office as shown on the Companies House register (company no. SC813076)). Independent artists sell print-on-demand products through their own shops on the platform. You can contact us at info@teeprayer.com.

2. The marketplace

When you buy on TEEPRAYER, your contract of sale is with UKNITED LTD. Products are designed by independent designers and manufactured on demand by our print partner. Because items are printed only after you order them, production begins shortly after payment.

3. Accounts

You may browse and buy as a guest. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to create an account and at least 18 to sell as an artist. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, abuse the platform, or present a fraud risk.

4. Prices, payment and VAT

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. VAT (where applicable) and delivery are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch — if we do, you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are indicative. Products are made to order, typically produced within 2–5 working days and delivered by tracked services. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellations, returns and faulty items

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: you have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 protects you if anything arrives faulty, damaged or misdescribed — we will reprint or refund.

7. The revenue share (what makes us different)

Product pages show how each sale's profit is divided between the artist and the platform: after printing and payment costs, the artist keeps 70% and the platform 30%. The split shown at the time of your purchase is locked in for that purchase and cannot be altered afterwards. Refunds reverse each share proportionally.

8. Artists

Anyone aged 18 or over may apply to open an artist shop. Artists keep the intellectual property in their work and grant UKNITED LTD a non-exclusive licence to display, market, print and sell it through the platform. Artists warrant that their work is original, that they hold all necessary rights, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. All artwork is reviewed before sale; we may remove any listing at our discretion. Artist earnings are paid via Stripe Connect and require identity verification.

9. Acceptable use

You must not upload or attempt to sell content that is unlawful, hateful, infringing, or exploitative; interfere with the platform's operation; or misuse another person's account. We may remove content and suspend accounts to protect users, artists and the platform.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to it. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and consumers retain any additional protections of the law where they live. Disputes may be brought in the courts of your home nation of the UK.
