Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, the wrong item or the wrong size compared to what you ordered, email info@teeprayer.com within 30 days with a photo and your order number. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

You may cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Tell us by email within that window, then return the item unworn and unwashed within 14 days of telling us. We refund the full price including standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the return; you cover return postage. Because every item is printed for your order, we'd always rather you asked us about sizing before buying — but the right is yours.

Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe, usually appearing within 5–10 working days. Each refund automatically reverses the artist's revenue share in proportion — nobody keeps money from a refunded sale, and any rounding differences are absorbed by the platform, never by artists.

Made-to-order production starts quickly, but if you email us before your order goes to print we will cancel and refund it in full. Once it has shipped, the 14-day process above applies.
